Ingredients 7.5 - 8.5 g (0,26 - 0,3 oz) of finely ground coffee beans (espresso roast) 25 - 30 ml (0,85 - 1,01 oz) of hot water (90° - 95° C) (192° - 203° F) Preparation The freshly ground and strongly compressed coffee powder is extracted in a brewing room(i.e. in the case of fully automatic machines) when exposed to 8 - 9 bar of brewing pressure over a period of around 25 - 30 seconds.
